The KI-RO Core Trainer by Ki-RO Concepts, LLC is a resistance harness designed to provide many levels and angles of resistance for the core and scapula. The strap design allows the rings to slide from front to back and to increase resistance with each level up.
The manual shows you the proper fitting, basic motions of the body, and the muscles involved in each movement. Dozens of exercises are provided with a list of which muscles used, planes of motion, and a detailed description of how to do the exercise.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product excluding PDF document purchases.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping charges
