Ki-RO Core HD ProElite

The Ki-RO Core HD ProElite is the most durable and highest quality we make with several colors to choose from for the shoulder straps. Made from Polyester webbing, it is slightly heavier than the Ki-RO HD and is also more resistant to abrasion, extreme heat, mold, mildew, and is softer on the skin than the polypropylene of the Ki-RO HD. The polyester also helps it retain its shape longer and is able to handle being left in the car for long periods of time. We us Dura-grip Brand hook and loop closure for adjustability and metal O rings for connections and resistance. Minimum recommended overlap for adjustment is 4.5" with a maximum recommended load of 75lbs at that overlap.
COLOR OPTIONS: Color options shown are for shoulder straps only. The rest of the training harness will be black.

MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED RESISTANCE USED ON ANY POINT OF THE KI-RO CORE TRAINER WITH 4.5” OF STRAP OVERLAP: 75 lbs
It is recommended that you view the video or instruction manual on proper fitting and use of the Ki-RO CORE TRAINER. Pinching may occur with sliding of the resistance rings if a shirt is not worn, if the straps are too tight, or if you do not pull the sliding rings away from the body as they slide.
Sizing
S/M: Best fit for chest sizes 28"-36". Made with 1.5" polyester webbing. Designed for the small to midsize frame. Chest size is the best determiner of fit.
L: Best fit for chest sizes 36"-48". Can fit 34" chest but may be a little big. Made with 2" polyester webbing. Designed for larger frame
XL: Best fit for chest sizes 48"-60". Designed for the extra large frame.
